The quality and quantity of the air we breathe and the daily food and drink we consume has a direct impact on our health. We connect immediately with what we are exposed to, both internally and externally. We are designed to breath good quality, clean air and eat fresh natural produce. With this in mind, we should also think carefully about what we put onto our skin. Our skin quickly absorbs everything into the blood stream so wherever possible we should only apply to the skin something that we could also eat.
Poor quality air or an overload in consumption of sugary or synthetically derived products makes it much more difficult for the body to take its nourishment from the useful and eliminate what is not needed.
