What are frequencies?

Frequency refers to the number of waves that pass a fixed point in a given amount of time, describing the number of cycles (waves, or VIBRATIONS) undergone during one unit of time by a body in periodic motion. A body in periodic motion is said to have undergone one cycle or one vibration after passing through a series of events or positions and returning to its original state.

f - number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit of time, measured in herts - Hz - equal to the number of events per second.

For example, when our heart beats at a frequency of 120 times a minute, the frequency at which the beat repeats is half a second (60 seconds divided by 120 beats) - 2 hertz - f=1/T.

Frequency is an important parameter used in science to specify the rate of vibrations phenomena, from mechanical vibrations, audio signals (sound), radio waves, and light.

Where can we find frequencies?

Any type of energy is also a frequency of waves and can be measured in hertz, volts, amps, or watts, depending on its specifics.

For example, the sunlight is an energy structure measured in frequency and is composed of;

Red - 430 terahertz

Orange  - 500 terahertz

Yellow  - 516  terahertz

Green  - 545 terahertz

Blue  - 600 terahertz

Violet  - 750 terahertz

1THz = 10 to the power of 12 Hz

Therefore, the Sunlight as a whole energy structure is an average of its components, depending on obstructions.

The energy structure of the sunlight is woven into everything. Everything around us, and us included, is made of different energy structures. Our organs, including our brain, and even our thoughts, are a composition of energy which use the power of the sun.

What are sustainable frequencies?

To support the running of any equipment we must feed it with the appropriate energy that has been specifically designed for it. If we feed it with too much, too little or the wrong fuel it will create an imbalance and it will not function properly.

Just like any mechanical equipment, our bodies are made from a composition of balanced energy structures, and we must feed or medicate ourselves with the specific energy we are designed to receive. Every organ in our body is designed to perform a precise task and therefore has a specific energy structure which requires feeding. When our system is depleted or overloaded with energy needed for that task, it malfunctions. The art is to know what each of our organs need, and exactly how much they need to be kept in balance. Therefore, we should be aware of the food and medications that are bio-compatible with each part of our body. Achieving balance is the key to running anything sustainably, and the more something is in full balance (synchronised), the longer its life.

What is the medicine of frequencies?

Everything around us, us included, is made out of different types of energy - our organs, including our brain and even our thoughts, are a composition of energy structures using the power of the sun. Energy manifests itself as wavelengths/ vibrations and is measured in the frequency of its wavelengths/ vibrations.

So, what are frequencies exactly?

Frequency refers to the number of waves that pass a fixed point in unit time, describing the number of cycles (waves, vibrations) undergone during one unit of time.

f - number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit of time, measured in hertz - Hz - equal to the number of waves per second. For example, if our heart can beat at a frequency of 120 times a minute, the frequency at which the beat repeats - is half a second (so 60 seconds divided 120 beats) - 2 hertz - f=1/T.

Frequency is an important parameter used in science to specify the rate of vibration phenomena in energy, from mechanical vibrations, audio signals (sound), radio waves, and light. Any type of energy has a frequency of waves and can be measured in hertz, volts, amps, or watts, depending on its specifics.

For example, the sunlight as an energy structure is composed of;

Red - 430 terahertz

Orange - 500 terahertz

Yellow - 516 terahertz

Green - 545 terahertz

Blue - 600 terahertz

Violet - 750 terahertz

The energy structure of the sunlight is woven into everything around us and every bit of us including. To support in running any equipment we have to feed it with the appropriate energy which is specifically designed for. However, if we feed it with too much or too little of it to be in balance, then it can not function properly. Our bodies are the same as any mechanical equipment. Achieving balance is the key to running anything sustainably (for a long time), the more something is in full balance (synchronised) the longer its life.

As we are also made out of a composition of balanced energy structures, equally the same, we have to feed and medicate ourselves with the specific energy we are designed for. Every organ in our body is designed to perform a specific task and therefore has a specific energy structure, and it needs to be fed the same.

However, when our system is depleted or overloaded with the energy needed for a specific task, it malfunctions. The art is to know what each of our organs need, and exactly how much of it - to be in balance. Therefore we need to find food, drink and medications that are bio-compatible in frequency with each part of our body.

For this, we first need a bit of understanding about what we are made of. Looking at our evolution we find that our cells are in many aspects bio-identical to the ones of plants. Therefore, finding support from plant-based foods and medications is by far the most effective. Plants hold very delicately composed pure energy structures, with very high frequencies, which easily bind with ours due to similarity, as opposed to chemical compositions of food and medicines.

We get tired, sick, out of energy, or even just bad mood, when specific energy structures in our body are low, ie. out of balance.

A specific plant-based - foods, drinks and even body care regime, can support our sustainable health physically and mentally if we are in the know-how.

So our job is to choose well.
