Rosehip

Rosehip tea contains large amounts of Vitamin C which supports and boost the immune system and Tretinoin famed for its ability to rapidly stimulate the growth of new skin cells, essential for reducing fine lines and pigmentation and boosting collagen.

Milk Thistle

Milk thistle detoxifies and cleanses the liver by helping the body rebuild and repair the cells. A healthy liver enables toxins to be flushed from the body efficiently and results in many benefits, including healthy and glowing skin.

Mint

Mint possesses antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory, properties. Mint tea helps to improve digestive health, reduce bloating, aid weight loss and freshen your breath.

Rose Petal

Rose detoxifies and boosts the digestive system improving overall health. Roses are rich in vitamins and minerals which nourish and cleanse the body from within.

Elderflower

Elderflower is well-known for its high antioxidant and Vitamin C content which is great for boosting the immune system. The Sambuccus nigra agglutinin found in Elderflower keeps cell walls barred against viruses and fights the many symptoms of cold and flu such as coughs, fevers, sinus infections and respiratory disturbances.

Add one teabag to 275ml of hot, freshly boiled water. Leave to brew for 2-3 minutes (or longer for a stronger infusion).
