The most common use of Peppermint is in tea, it's delicious, it freshens the mouth and breath and it aids digestion, making it an ideal tea to drink after meals. Mint also possesses antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory, properties.

When in essential oil form, Peppermint oil stimulates an area of the limbic system in the brain called the hippocampus. This is the part of the brain that is involved with the formation of new memories and emotions. Due to this stimulation, Peppermint Oil can enhance cognitive functions such as boosting concentration and calming nerves.
